Kayla French joined our team as our operations assistant and client service specialist. With her background studies of office and information management at BHCC, and 5 years of experience with client coordination and operations support, she has become an essential part of our operational foundation.
Like the rest of us at GEM, Kayla prides herself on her ability to connect with clients on a personal level, facilitate their needs and nurture the client relationship. She has extensive experience with all administrative duties and building client relationships that last. Kayla enjoys working closely with clients as well as behind the scenes to help our firm run smoothly and gain further knowledge and skills along the way.
Kayla resides in Woburn with her daughter Charlotte Jean. Kayla passionately supports various charities and has participated in events such as the Fight For Air Climb and the Relay for Life to raise funds for the American Lung Association and American Cancer Society. She enjoys spending time with her family, painting and can be found attending rock or country concerts when her free time allows.
